Corning® Gorilla® Glass for Automotive hit the road

At every turn, it shattered myths about glass and opened new possibilities for auto design. Corning and Ford delved more into the science behind tough laminates including Gorilla Glass at the SAE World Congress and Exhibition in April. A joint research paper presented to some of the auto world’s leading technical experts provided specific data about how laminates containing a layer of Gorilla Glass are more resistant to impact than thicker, heavier windshields. Gorilla Glass provides new design possibilities for automotive interior displays. Gorilla Glass provided other automotive eye-poppers at CES, too.   Corning® Gorilla® Glass for Automotive Source: Corning® Gorilla® Glass for Automotive Oil and Gas Press Oil and Gas News Undiluted !!! “The squeaky wheel gets the oil” Follow us: @OilAndGasPress on Twitter | OilAndGasPress on Facebook]]>
