Gazprom and OMV host New Year’s charity ball for children
A New Year’s charity ball for children was held at the Tavrichesky Palace in St. Petersburg. The event was attended by over 500 young guests from social institutions based in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. In addition, local celebrations were organized for children unable to attend the ball due to health issues.
The program of Cinderella’s New Year’s Ball included a stage show, ballet numbers, dance and vocal performances, and an interactive presentation with dancing and master classes. The concert featured established stars and young talent from St. Petersburg and Vienna, including performers from the Vienna State Opera Ballet Academy.
The event was organized with support from Gazprom and Austria’s OMV as part of the “Imperial Capitals: St. Petersburg – Vienna” joint cultural project.
