Nigeria’s Oil savings account dips to $5.87b

From $9 billion in December last year, Nigeria has used up 35 percent of its oil savings so far this year, leaving it with $5.87 billion.
This was contained in data released yesterday by the office of the Accountant General of the Federation.
Already, the government has activated a N77.5 billion African Development Bank (AfDB) loan with the constitution of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) committee yesterday in Abuja.
