NNPC gets new Group Executive Directors (GEDs)
President Goodluck Jonathan has appointed new Group Executive Directors (GEDs) for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to fill critical vacancies according to news reports.
The new appointments were contained in a statement issued yesterday by the Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to the president, Dr. Reuben Abati.
Those appointed are Mr. Ian Gregory Udoh, GED, Refining and Petrochemicals, who replaces Mr. Anthony Ogbuigwe
Dr. Dan Iwoene Efebo, GED, Corporate Services, who replaces Mr. Hamman A. Sambo
Ms. Aisha Mata Abdurrahman, who will be the first female GED in NNPC who will be responsible for Business Development, a directorate created in the corporation.
Mr. Adebayo Ibikunle Ibirogba, GED, Engineering and Technical
Dr. Joseph Thlama Dawha, acting GED, Exploration and Production, who replaces Mr. Abiye Membere, a former employee of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited.
