Republic of Congo to raise oil production output
The Republic of Congo forecasts an increase in domestic production of some 50,000 bopd over the next two years, Hydrocarbons Minister Jean-Marc Thystère-Tchicaya said on Thursday according to reports.
Speaking at The Oil & Gas Year Strategic Round Table event in Brazzaville, the Minister stated that the Moho Nord phase three coming on stream in March of April would be instrumental in achieving greater output.
“From mid-2017 we can already count on an increase in production and then reach a peak in 2018 with 300,000 barrels per day,”
