The reforms allow qualifying goods to be sourced, processed and combined across multiple African markets while continuing to benefit from preferential access to the UK, creating significant new opportunities for businesses seeking resilient, diversified supply chains.

Anglia Xchange, a new UK trade and growth advisory, has launched to answer that question. The firm helps British companies find credible commercial partners across Africa, manage the customs and compliance detail on which a first transaction depends, and put agreements in place that protect their interests once trading begins. Its work covers trade and commodity brokerage, import and export logistics, agricultural supply chains and renewable energy development.
Clients can engage Anglia Xchange for a single introduction or retain it throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, from opportunity identification and due diligence through to negotiation, implementation and delivery. Related News

ADNOC is accelerating its integrated global gas growth strategy with a $6.2 billion (AED22.6 billion) final investment decision (FID) to develop the Umm Shaif Gas Cap in Abu Dhabi alongside its international partners TotalEnergies, Eni and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
The UAE holds the seventh-largest gas reserves in the world. The FID for Umm Shaif Gas Cap is the latest milestone in the company’s gas growth strategy and will unlock more than 600 million standard cubic feet per day (scfd) of natural gas and associated gas liquids, equivalent to almost 10% of the UAE’s current daily gas consumption. The investment will reinforce the UAE’s energy security and its role as a reliable global energy supplier. Production from the development is expected by 2030. Related News
