TotalEnergies increases bonuses for workers and supervisors
On October 14, TotalEnergies announced the signing of a majority agreement on wages within the scope of its Common Social Base (around 14,000 employees in France) with the CFE-CGC and the CFDT.
This agreement notably provided for a salary increase envelope of 7% for 2023 and a Value Sharing Bonus of one month’s salary, with a floor of €3,000 and a ceiling of €6,000 which was paid in December 2022. In accordance with the agreement, taking into account the 6% inflation actually observed at the end of 2022 while the agreement took 5.5% as a reference, an additional 0.5% increase will be granted to all employees. concerned on the February 2023 payroll (retroactive to November 1, 2022), i.e. a final salary increase envelope of 7.5% .
In addition, according to the spirit of this agreement, taking into account the final 2022 results, TotalEnergies has decided to increase by 15% compared to 2021 :
the budget for bonuses for non-managerial employees (workers, employees, technicians and supervisors),
as well as the budget of the Variable Parts of the executives .
Finally, in response to the wish expressed by the trade union organizations that signed the agreement, TotalEnergies is making an additional commitment by increasing the allocations for the Social and Cultural Activities of its Social and Economic Committees by 5%.
Thus, TotalEnergies ensures that the company’s results are shared with each of the 14,000 employees of the Common Social Base.
