InductEV Gears Up for Rapid Growth with New Innovation Center
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–InductEV (the “Company”, formerly Momentum Dynamics) recently announced a move to a new headquarters facility as it prepares to substantially ramp production in response to accelerating customer demand. The new 50,600SF facility at 660 Allendale Road, King of Prussia, PA offers significantly expanded and higher quality office and engineering space, and will allow InductEV to build a true state-of-the-art lab and innovation center.
As explained by Barry Libert, Chairman and CEO of InductEV, “Demand for our products is growing faster than ever, and this new location gives us the room we need to keep up with that rapidly growing demand.” The new location is a modern, energy-efficient mixed-use facility designed with the needs of a rapid growth company in mind. In addition to greater office and research and development space, there are open areas for collaboration and meetings, larger engineering labs, and a modern kitchen and café, along with better outdoor lighting and parking facilities.
“As our team expands, we needed a facility that would grow with us. Our new office, lab and development space has a brighter, better and more flexible layout, creating a safer and healthier environment for our world-class team,” said InductEV Chief People Officer, Patti Rensel. “InductEV is attracting top talent as our reputation for innovation and quality grows at the intersection of two global trends – AI and electrification. ‘660’ is a perfect space for our growing team to flourish,” continued Ms. Rensel.
“Delivering the finest quality charging systems is just the beginning for InductEV; we built our business to be the partner of choice for OEMs and fleet operators, but also for infrastructure partners from airports to intermodal facilities, supplying and managing their systems and clean energy needs. Our new space is already making a major difference in how efficiently and effectively our team can respond to new growth opportunities in both charging systems and infrastructure services,” added Chuck Russell, President and COO of InductEV.
The move to a new headquarters comes as InductEV is demonstrating its technology leadership and building momentum with customers and partners. In recent decisions by the Delaware District Court and the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board, challenges to six WiTricity patents by InductEV were successful and resulted in the invalidation of those six WiTricity patents. The Company’s systems are in commercial use in 20+ fleets across the U.S. and the EU, and have already delivered over 1GWh of safe, wireless charging power while helping drive TCO (total cost of operations) lower. The Company recently announced a strategic partnership with ChargePoint, a leading EV charging network, to expand the availability of high-powered wireless EV charging solutions across the United States.
