Vestas wins 37 MW order in Spain
London, 29 December 2023, (Oilandgaspress): – Vestas has received a 37 MW order for a wind park in Spain. The contract includes the supply and installation of six V162-6.2 MW wind turbines and a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) agreement.
Turbine delivery is scheduled for the second half of 2024, while commissioning is expected to take place in the first half of 2025.
Vestas has installed over 5.2 GW of wind energy across more than 140 wind parks in Spain since installing the first turbine in 1991.
