Natural Products Canada Announces 2024 Game Changers Report

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Natural Products Canada (NPC), the driving force behind bio-based innovation in Canada, is proud to unveil its 2024 Game Changers report, showcasing over 80 innovative organizations nationally, who are helping to anchor Canada’s position in the $4 trillion dollar bioeconomy.

These innovators have developed game-changing solutions to key global issues such as better nutrition or more sustainable plastics, and have benefited from NPC’s powerful combination of advice, connections and smart capital. With NPC’s support, they have achieved incredible results including generating $282 million in revenue and over 400 new jobs, while attracting $479 million in additional capital. The report also features eight new start-ups to NPC’s capital recipient roster, including Enhanced Medical Nutrition, HighPoint Agro Bedding, Lux Bio, MHCombiotic, Papillex, Plantae Environmental Inc., Skaldyr and Terra Bioindustries. These newcomers bring fresh innovation to critical areas such as agriculture, manufacturing and cleantech and join a prestigious group of companies that NPC has supported with smart capital, fostering growth and innovation in various sectors.
