Xpeng Huitian’s flight body production license (PC) application was accepted by the authority
London, May 12, 2025 , (Oilandgaspress) –––Xiaopeng Huitian ushered in another important milestone – the application for the production license (PC) of the “land aircraft carrier” aircraft (code name: X3-F) was officially accepted by the Civil Aviation Administration of Central and Southern China, marking that the mass production system of flying car products has begun to be reviewed by the authority.
On March 21 last year , after the application for type certification of the “Land Aircraft Carrier” flight body was officially accepted, Xiaopeng Huitian has always adhered to the civil aviation regulations as the benchmark and actively cooperated with the review team to carry out the review work. At present, the TC review has entered the stage of conformity confirmation. The acceptance of the production license PC certification is a key step for Xiaopeng Huitian to mass production delivery. Xiaopeng Huitian will continue to actively cooperate with the authority to carry out type qualification and production license certification work, and strive to ensure mass production and delivery in 2026.
A Production Certificate ( PC) is a certificate issued by the civil aviation authority to the holder of a civil aviation product type design approval or its transferor, indicating that it has established a production system and quality system for aviation products and can ensure that every aircraft and its parts produced by it conform to the approved design and are in a safe and usable state.
At present, the final assembly workshop, painting workshop, connection workshop and composite workshop of the Xiaopeng Huitian Flying Car Intelligent Manufacturing Base have been topped off, and the mass production factory has reached 70% completion rate, and is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
