TotalEnergies confirms dividend of €0.85/share for fiscal year 2025
London, July 24, 2025 , (Oilandgaspress) –––The Board of Directors meeting on July 23, 2025 under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, decided the distribution of a second interim dividend of 0.85 €/share for fiscal year 2025, an increase of 7.6% compared to the three interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2024 and identical to the final ordinary dividend for fiscal year 2024 and to the first 2025 interim. This increase is in line with the shareholder return policy announced by the Board of Directors in February 2025.
This interim dividend will be paid in cash exclusively, according to the following timetable:
