Renault Brings EV Charging Services In-House to Strengthen Electrification Strategy

London, December 12, 2025, (Oilandgaspress) ––Renault Group has integrated its electric charging solutions directly into its commercial operations, advancing its electrification strategy and streamlining services for EV customers. Previously managed by Mobilize Beyond Automotive, these energy services will now fall under the responsibility of Fabrice Cambolive, Chief Growth Officer.

The move centralises key offerings such as home, workplace, and public charging; access to more than one million charging points across Europe via Charge Pass; and the growing Mobilize Fast Charge network, which now includes over 60 ultra-fast stations in France and is on track for nearly 100 by end-2026, alongside more than 100 in Italy.

Renault also continues to lead in bi-directional charging (V2G), having launched Europe’s first commercial V2G offer for private customers in France in 2024 and deploying the first V2G-enabled car-sharing fleet in the Netherlands in 2025.

Mobilize Beyond Automotive, created in 2021 as an innovation incubator, will now conclude its role as these services mature within Renault Group’s core business.
