U.S. Rig Count is up 1 from last week to 544 with oil rigs down 3 to 407, gas rigs up 4 to 129 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 8.
Canada Rig Count is unchanged from last week at 130 with oil rigs up 1 to 78, gas rigs down 1 to 52 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 0.
International Rig Count is down 22 from last month to 1,036 with land rigs down 22 to 807, offshore unchanged at 229.

The Worldwide Rig Count for April was 1,715, down 76 from the 1,791 counted in March 2026, and down 96, from the 1,812 counted in April 2025.
