Eni to support Kazakhstan in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic

Eni, through its local subsidiaries, has donated medical equipment for intensive care to the Republic as a contribution to Kazakhstan’s efforts to fight the spread of Coronavirus in the country.


Eni has donated 9 intensive care ventilators, Oxygen generator as well as sets of medical consumables for the Intensive Care Units in the Aktobe, Atyrau and West Kazakhstan Regions. With this initiative, Eni adds to the efforts of the local health professionals to prevent the spread of COVID-19, thus reaffirming its strong commitment and support to the communities in which it operates.

Eni has provided critical health supplies throughout the pandemic, including 400,000 masks to the Aktobe Region and jointly with a group of subsidiaries of foreign investors working in Kazakhstan, the company has donated state-of-the art intensive care medical equipment and individual protective sets to the Multi-Disciplinary Medical Centre of Nur-Sultan, to help the treatment of COVID-19 patients.
