Anaergia Announces It Will File Fourth Quarter and Year-end 2022 Financial Statements on March 30, 2023
BURLINGTON, Ontario–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Anaergia Inc. (“Anaergia” or the “Company”) (TSX: ANRG) announced today that it will be filing its audited fourth quarter and year-end annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis and related certifications for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, on March 30, 2023. Management’s conference call to discuss these results will now occur on March 31, 2023.
Due to the growth of the company and the corresponding complexity of the financial statements, the Company’s auditors, KPMG LLP, require a few more days to complete the audit than in previous years.
