APQC Launches Certified Framework Professional Course
Virtual training uses practical insights, best practices, and research-based approaches to explore the significance of frameworks for driving business value
HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–APQC has launched its first-ever virtual Certified Framework Professional course. The inaugural course will be held July 9-11 with a second session scheduled for December 3-5.
Drawing on APQC’s four decades of primary-based research and client engagements in process excellence, the Certified Framework Professional course delivers best practices and methodologies that actively reduce the risk of inefficiency using the multiple frameworks that exist within most organizations. Participants will understand the power and benefits of using a framework and gain practical insights, best practices, methodologies, and approaches for applying frameworks and adapting them to an organization’s specific needs.

The course is based on APQC’s Process Classification Framework® as well as other frameworks so participants can learn multiple approaches and put the skills learned into context for their specific projects. Upon completion, participants possess proficiency in:
- Understanding the different types of frameworks, uses, and ways to leverage them.
- Explaining the benefits of aligning alternate views and needs using a comprehensive framework.
- Leveraging framework principles to identify, prioritize, and manage performance improvement.
- Adapting the application of frameworks to fit the organizational needs.
- Utilizing APQC’s assets and resources to address real-world challenges.
