Bentley’s journey to be global leader in sustainable luxury mobility

London, 22 April 2024, (Oilandgaspress): – Bentley Motors today revealed its second annual Sustainability Report, highlighting how the British marque aims to become the global leader in luxury sustainable mobility. The 125-page document focuses on the brand’s achievements in 2023, as the company targets end-to-end carbon neutrality by the end of the decade. It also throws the spotlight on the initiatives and programmes that support more than 4,000 colleagues working at the carbon neutral factory in Crewe, where all Bentley models are built.

The comprehensive Report, which is available to read online reveals Bentley’s tireless work towards a more sustainable future. It examines every aspect of the business, including employee and customer wellbeing, even investigating how Bentley drivers and passengers can feel better after a long journey.

In relation to the Bentley headquarters in Crewe, the new report details how colleagues now benefit from the company’s new People Strategy. A revitalised high-performance culture includes health and wellbeing activities, promoting an overall vision of ‘success through people’. This includes the Role Model Programme of mentoring, while Future Skills and Colleague Development prepares them for the transformation to building an all-electric range of cars. The Charge Forward Leadership Programme (CFLP) targets colleagues in senior leadership roles and future talent, helping them develop and enhance their leadership capabilities.
