Bowman to Expand Company’s Public Sector Geospatial Portfolio

RESTON, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (the Company or Bowman) (NASDAQ: BWMN), a national engineering services firm delivering infrastructure solutions to customers who own, develop and maintain the built environment, proudly announces the appointment of David Stickles, RPLS, PSM, PLS, as director of business development, geospatial survey.

Stickles brings to Bowman over three decades of experience working with transportation departments and highway administrations, including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the Maryland State Highway Administration and the Maryland Port Administration. Based out of Bowman’s Plano, TX office, he will focus on securing government and public sector contracts across Bowman’s 90+ locations throughout the United States.

Stickles’ surveying career began in 1993, marked by a succession of leadership roles, including vice president, director of survey and SUE, regional practice leader and office manager. He is also a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in 12 states.

In addition to his leadership and professional licensure, Stickles has a strong portfolio of project experience that spans land development, ports and harbors and stormwater infrastructure. He has worked on several notable projects throughout his career, including M&T Bank Stadium, Dundalk Marine Terminal, and the I-95 Express Toll Lanes project in Baltimore, Maryland.
