HALIFAX, Nova Scotia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Emera Inc. (TSX: EMA) announced that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 24, 2023, on a vote by ballot, each of the 11 nominees proposed as Directors and listed in its Management Information Circular dated March 20, 2023 were elected as Directors.
