Energy Transfer LP Announces Pricing of $3.0 Billion of Senior Notes

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) today announced the pricing of its offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.200% senior notes due 2030, $1.250 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.700% senior notes due 2035 and $1.100 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.200% senior notes due 2055 (together, the “senior notes”) at prices to the public of 99.796%, 99.872% and 99.398%, respectively, of their face value.

The sale of the senior notes is expected to settle on March 4, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Energy Transfer intends to use the net proceeds of approximately $2.97 billion (before offering expenses) to refinance existing indebtedness, including to repay commercial paper and borrowings under its revolving credit facility, and for general partnership purposes.

BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, Mizuho and SMBC Nikko are acting as joint book-running managers for the senior notes offering.
