Eni obtains the ISO 37301:2021 certification for Compliance Management System
London, 29 January 2024, (Oilandgaspress): –Eni SpA has obtained ISO 37301:2021 certification of its Compliance Management System from RINA Services SpA, Italy’s leading certification body. The achievement follows a thorough assessment process that extensively reviewed the company’s structures through interviews and document analysis.
Eni is among the first Italian companies to obtain the ISO 37301:2021 certification, confirming the soundness of its integrated compliance model. The model enables Eni to manage compliance risks through an effective and structured approach, guaranteeing its processes with current regulations and ensuring sustainability is a pivotal element of its strategy.
