Eni obtains the ISO 37301:2021 certification for Compliance Management System

The achievement follows a thorough assessment process that extensively reviewed the company’s structures through interviews and document analysis.

Eni is among the first Italian companies to obtain the ISO 37301:2021 certification, confirming the soundness of its integrated compliance model. The model enables Eni to manage compliance risks through an effective and structured approach, guaranteeing its processes with current regulations and ensuring sustainability is a pivotal element of its strategy.

The ISO 37301:2021 certification not only details the requirements for an effective Compliance Management System within an organization, but also aims to contribute to three important Sustainable Development Goals: Decent Work and Economic Growth, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
