Eni Signs 10-Year LNG Supply Deal with Türkiye’s BOTAŞ
London, December 03, 2025, (Oilandgaspress) ––Eni has signed a long-term agreement to supply Türkiye’s state energy company BOTAŞ with 0.4 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of liquefied natural gas for 10 years starting in 2028.
The deal follows a previous three-year agreement signed in September 2025 for the same annual volume, beginning November 2025.
This marks Eni’s first long-term LNG contract with Türkiye, supporting the country’s growing gas needs and advancing Eni’s strategy to expand its diversified LNG portfolio to around 20 MTPA by 2030, leveraging projects in Congo, Mozambique, the US, Indonesia and elsewhere.
