Evers & Sons Nears Completion of Major Texas Energy Project, Set for Q2 Operations

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#WeBuildEnergy–Evers & Sons Inc. is proud to announce its fundamental role in the construction of a high-capacity gas treater and amine regeneration plant set to enhance natural gas processing near Buffalo, Texas.

The facility is designed to process 400 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of natural gas and includes a 1,500 gallons per minute (GPM) amine regeneration system, reinforcing the region’s commitment to efficient and sustainable energy production.

Evers & Sons began work on this project in late October 2024, managing the fabrication of structural and piping components and executing all field installation work across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, and piping. The project scope includes completing 35,000 weld inches, installing 300 tons of structural steel, and placing 2,500 cubic yards of concrete. To ensure top-tier execution of the I&E installation, Evers & Sons partnered with an industry-leading firm specializing in instrumentation and electrical work.

Buster Evers, CEO, emphasized the importance of this project, stating, “The energy industry drives economic growth and job creation across Texas. This facility represents a major step in enhancing operational capacity and supporting the region’s ongoing energy needs. Evers & Sons is proud to play a role in this major project.”

With construction well underway, the facility is projected to be fully operational in the second quarter of 2025.
