Fibracast Appoints Michael Leach as Vice President of North American Sales
HAMILTON, Ontario–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fibracast Ltd. (“Fibracast” or the “Company”), a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced membrane-based systems for water and wastewater treatment, announces the appointment of Michael (Mike) Leach as Vice President of North American Sales.
Mike will focus on leading Fibracast’s North American sales team to accelerate the company’s rapid growth rate which is forecast at over 100% next year by strengthening relationships with consultants, engineering procurement contractors (EPCs), and end users while working closely with the company’s independent sales representative network.
Mike brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the water and construction industries including leading sales, marketing, estimating, and project management teams where he has successfully driven increases in revenues and profitability. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, Canada.
This role marks Mike’s return to the water industry, where he had previously worked for a major Canadian water treatment equipment supplier for 15 years. Mike had worked for this water company in Canada and in Europe where he collaborated closely with the equipment maker’s representatives in North America, Europe, and Asia.
