Herzig Engineering Announces Investment from Copley Equity Partners
Investment provides capital to continue to grow its team and expand services.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. & DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Copley Equity Partners LLC (“Copley”), a private investment firm focused on middle-market companies, announced a strategic investment in Herzig Engineering (“Herzig”), a national electrical services firm focused on safety and compliance in electrified environments. The existing management team will remain in place and continue to lead the business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Bob Herzig founded Herzig in 2000 and has steadily built the business over the last 25 years. Over the past five years, Bob has assembled a strong executive team to position the company for the next chapter. The investment by Copley will allow Herzig to continue its growth and respond to the increasing demand for its services.
