High-power generator series for off-grid zero-emission power
London, November 04, 2025, (Oilandgaspress) –– Dutch hydrogen technology company zepp.solutions has launched a new series of zero-emission generator sets that can replace diesel generators for off-grid and high-demand power applications. The new zepp.generator series delivers up to 600 kW continuous and 1 MW peak power output. As industries face stricter emission standards and move away from diesel, the zepp.generator provides a drop-in, zero-emission solution for off-grid and high-demand operations.

The systems are designed as stand-alone, ready-to-use power units. Each generator set includes all components needed to produce clean electrical energy from hydrogen, housed within standard 10- or 20-foot ISO containers. The zepp.generator is already operational in the field.
Since last week, a 10-foot zepp.generator has been powering Van den Herik-Sliedrecht’s Prins ZEs, the Netherlands’ first fully electric wire crane vessel. The generator charges the ship’s 2 MWh battery packs every night, enabling a full working day of emission-free dredging operations.
Hydrogen can be supplied directly from a tube trailer, MEGC, or cylinder bundle, offering energy capacities from hundreds of kWh up to tens of MWh.
The zepp.generator is available in four standard configurations:
| Model | Continuous Power | Peak Power | Battery Capacity | Container Size |
| G240 | 150 kW | 240 kW | 80 kWh | 10 ft |
| G500 | 300 kW | 500 kW | 150 kWh | 10 ft |
| G750 | 450 kW | 750 kW | 250 kWh | 20 ft |
| G1000 | 600 kW | 1 MW | 300 kWh | 20 ft |
