(Nasdaq: INDT) (“INDUS” or the “Company”), a U.S. based industrial/logistics REIT, announced today that the Company was recognized as a 2022 Green Lease Leader by the Institute for Market Transformation and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Alliance at the Better Buildings, Better Plants Summit.
INDUS received the Green Lease Leaders Silver designation in recognition of its innovation in environmental stewardship, including collaborative tenant sustainability engagement, energy management practices and stringent green building initiatives. To receive this recognition, INDUS qualified for credits in energy efficiency and sustainability best practices such as utility data tracking and sharing, cost recovery for capital improvements, building resilience and sustainability training.
