Jeff Feeler Joins Milestone Board of Directors

Former Chairman, President, and CEO of US Ecology, Inc. brings with him over 30 years of transformational leadership experience

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#boardmember–Milestone Environmental Services, LLC (“Milestone” or the “Company”), a leading environmental infrastructure and carbon management company, today announced that Jeffrey (Jeff) Feeler has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective May 24, 2024, as an independent Director.

Mr. Feeler has more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategic roles, most recently as former Chairman, President, and CEO of US Ecology, Inc. (“ECOL”). During his career, Mr. Feeler led 11 strategic acquisitions and integrations, contributing to ECOL’s transformation into a number two market leader in the specialty environmental services sector. Previously, he worked in the technology, retail, and distribution industries, broadening his skills and adding more diversity beyond industrials.

Mr. Feeler also serves as a senior board advisor to Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd., and the Fernweh Group’s Strategic Advisory Board. He has a strong history of actively supporting educational and industry organizations by serving on several boards and in advisory positions. Currently, he serves on the Strategic Advisory Board Boise State College of Business and Economics (COBE) and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Previously, he was on the US Ecology, Inc. Board of Directors, serving as Chairman, and the State of Idaho Governor Appointee to Leadership in Nuclear Engineering (LINE) Commission.

Mr. Feeler holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with honors and a bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors from Boise State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
