MANAGEMENT COMMENTS
“NOG remains on track for through-cycle, differentiated growth, particularly notable given the reduced commodity price outlook over the past twelve months,” commented Nick O’Grady, NOG’s Chief Executive Officer. “We continue to provide for potential future growth while retaining flexibility for dynamic capital allocation.”
Chad Allen, NOG’s Chief Financial Officer added, “We are proud to be able to deliver another dividend increase, which represents more than 50% growth in cash returns over the dividend paid for the same period last year. At the same time, we remain focused on managing risk prudently to protect all stakeholders.”
