TotalEnergies and two trade unions sign a majority wage agreement for 2023

TotalEnergies announces the signing with CFE-CGC and CFDT of a majority agreement on 2023 salaries within the scope of the Common Social Base.

Under this agreement, the Company will grant a package of salary increases for 2023 of 7% of salaries.

As part of this envelope, all workers and technicians will benefit from a general increase of 5% with a floor of €2,000 for the lowest salaries, and all executives from a guaranteed increase of 3.5% and a floor increase of €2,000.

The general and guaranteed increases will be paid from December and will be retroactive to 01/11/2022.

Finally, concerning the Value Sharing Bonus of one month’s salary granted by the Company, which will be paid in December, the agreement provides for a floor of €3,000 and a ceiling of €6,000.

Under these conditions, given the signing of this majority agreement, TotalEnergies is calling for an end to the strike on all of its sites.
