Former GE, Alstom and NCR Executive Mike Adams joins Osmose, market-leading grid asset management partner for electric transmission, distribution and telecommunications utilities

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#electricutilitiesOsmose Utilities Services, Inc. (Osmose), the market-leading provider of grid asset management and infrastructure support services for electric and telecommunications utilities, announces Mike Adams as its new CEO. Adams succeeds interim CEO Geisha J. Williams, former president and CEO of PG&E Corporation and board chair at Osmose. Williams will remain as chair of the Osmose Board.

Adams started his career with GE as an international gas turbine field engineer. He progressed through various management positions at GE Power, including President & CEO of FieldCore, a GE company providing industrial field service for multiple energy industry sectors. In 2012, Mike joined Alstom as their Vice-President, Services Network and was responsible for overseeing a $5B global services business. Most recently, prior to joining Osmose, Adams was Senior Vice President of Global Services Delivery for NCR Corporation where he led more than 13,000 service professionals across 60 countries providing 24X7 service support for more than 17.5M installed base of digital banking, POS systems and payment solutions customer endpoints.
