OWL Services Acquires Dark Horse Enterprises, Inc. to Expand Coverage in Mid-Atlantic States
TROY, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–OWL™ Services, the premier sales, construction, program management, compliance, and service partner to retail fueling, industrial, commercial fleet, and electrical vehicle charging companies, announced today the acquisition of Dark Horse Enterprises, Inc., a leading Mid-Atlantic fueling construction, service and compliance company located in Pasadena, Md.
Established in 2014, Dark Horse specializes in the construction and service of fuel systems, including above and below ground storage tank installations. The acquisition strengthens OWL’s geographic coverage in the Mid-Atlantic states, expanding its fueling construction resources in a growing U.S. market.
