CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pritzker Private Capital (“PPC” or “the firm”), a leader in family direct investing, today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Buckman (“the company”), a family-owned innovator in specialty solutions for water treatment and industrial processes.
