Renault Rafale E-Tech 4×4 300 hp

London, October 30, 2024, (Oilandgaspress) ––– Renault Rafale E-Tech 4×4 300 hp, with unique technologies and powertrains. Illustrates Renault’s shift upmarket in the C and D segments

The centrepiece of this advanced performance vehicle is the new 300 hp E-Tech 4×4 plug-in hybrid powertrain, developed specifically for this model. This powertrain is outstanding in terms of both performance (from 80 to 120 km/h in 4 seconds) and efficiency, with optimised operation of the four electric motors, one ICE and three electric. Renault Rafale E-Tech 4×4 300 hp has a range of up to 1,000 km for long journeys with WLTP fuel consumption on a par with the best, even when the battery is discharged (0.5 litres/100 km over a combined cycle and 5.8 litres/100 km with a discharged battery). These values are the best in the category, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of plug-in hybrid technology without experiencing any constraints. For day-to-day driving, Renault Rafale E-Tech 4×4 300 hp functions on demand in the same way as an all-electric car, with a range of up to 105 kilometres. Alternatively, it can function in “full hybrid” mode, where the vehicle can take advantage of the well-recognized efficiency of E-Tech technology. The battery has a substantial capacity of 22 kWh. It can be charged from a socket or charge point, as well as when the car is on the road, through the regenerative braking function.

Along with the new powertrain, Rafale E-Tech 4×4 300 hp gains a new Atelier Alpine level trim featuring specific 21-inch wheels and, bodywork in the exclusive shade of Satin Sommet Blue, as an option. It also features a chassis and agility control system developed by the engineers of Alpine Cars, as well as self-adjusting smart suspension with a camera for predictive control. Combined with the 4-wheel drive and steering, these features add up to a technical configuration that is unique among full-line brands, fusing power, agility and unrivalled performance. Without forgetting the comfort and well-being that is always part of a voiture à vivre by Renault. Rafale E-Tech 4×4 300 hp delivers a whole new experience: the Atelier Alpine level trim stands out with specific 21-inch wheels and an exclusive optional Satin Summit Blue body color.

Built at the Palencia plant in Spain, Renault Rafale E-Tech 4×4 300 hp will launch in Europe from November 2024.
