Restructuring of Horisont Energi is registered as completed

London, 19 February 2024, (Oilandgaspress): –Reference is made to Horisont Energi’s (EURONEXT: HRGI) press release of 22 December 2023 following the extraordinary general meeting of the same date. At the extraordinary general meeting it was resolved to carry out a corporate restructuring, transferring all rights and obligations related to clean ammonia, CO2 transportation and storage and CO2 infrastructure into three separate and wholly owned subsidiaries. The formal side of the restructuring has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises as completed. Some practical implementation steps remain but will be completed by early March 2024.
