Stryten Energy Introduces Advanced Lithium Material Handling Batteries at ProMat 2025
The proprietary module design, assembled in the USA, will provide greater energy density in a maintenance-free package to power Class I and II lift trucks.
ALPHARETTA, Ga.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Stryten Energy LLC, a U.S.-based energy storage solutions provider, is introducing the M-Series Li710, a new line of Class I and II lithium batteries in a range of voltages, at ProMat 2025 in Chicago.
Stryten’s proprietary lithium module design utilizes nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) chemistry, which has a greater energy density for longer run times and a faster charge rate than lead and lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistries, ideal for 24×7 operations with limited charging opportunities. Stryten will assemble the M-Series Li710 lithium batteries at its new lithium assembly plant in Cumming, Georgia.
“Stryten Energy is committed to providing our customers the right energy storage solution to meet the specific requirements of their operations,” said Matt Gould, Vice President of Industrial Sales and Service at Stryten Energy. “The Li710 is proudly assembled in the United States and is field serviceable by our service network strategically located across North America.”
The Stryten Energy Booth #S4347 will feature the following:
-
Lithium and Advanced Lead Batteries:
-
Lithium solutions:
- The M-Series Li710 line features fault tolerance to maintain system availability, an automated hibernation/sleep mode after a period of inactivity to prevent unintended discharge and are compatible with the M-Series X-3 and X-7 chargers. The Li710 products are designed to meet UL2580, and UL certification is in process.
- The M-Series Li600, based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry, is available for Class I, Class II and Class III motive power applications. Key features include fully configurable CANbus protocol, remote monitoring capable, comprehensive diagnostics via a color touch screen and auto hibernation/sleep mode after a period of inactivity to prevent unintended discharge. The Li600 products are designed to meet UL2580, and UL certification is in process.
-
Lead solutions:
- The M-Series T310 low maintenance tubular gives you the freedom to choose the best level of power, performance, cost and reduced maintenance for your medium to heavy duty lift truck applications.
- The M-Series F110 features an extremely conductive and robust flat-plate grid design coupled with an industry-leading manufacturing process that results in superior performance for heavy-duty applications.
-
Lithium solutions:
-
Intelligent Chargers:
- The M-Series X-7 charger allows configuration to multiple power levels, including 208-240V ideal for areas with lower power infrastructure – such as those with a lot of historical buildings – including the Northeast U.S., Florida, Mexico, and Latin America. These new chargers offer IoT communication capabilities, including Wi-fi and Bluetooth, and can be configured for standard, opportunity or fast charging to meet the demands of the toughest fleets.
- The M-Series X-3 charger has the power and flexibility to meet the demands of the toughest fleets, with the ability to be configured for either opportunity or fast charging and advanced 24/36/48V and 72/80V multi-voltage modular design available in 3 bay (3-9kW), 6 bay (3-18kW) and 10 bay (21-30kW) cabinet power levels.
-
Energy Performance Management Software:
- Stryten Energy inCOMMAND™ is an energy performance management software tool that makes it easy to design and deploy web-connected battery and charger solutions. inCOMMAND allows dealers and end users to monitor and manage their batteries and chargers right from their computers. In the age of IoT, people expect this visibility, but inCOMMAND goes further, giving you control over these assets to make sure they stay connected, configured correctly and optimized to deliver superior performance.
-
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS):
- Stryten Energy’s BESS leverages the well-established technology of lead batteries to provide safe, dependable energy storage solutions. Known for their reliability and cost-effectiveness, BESS solutions are used in various applications, including backup power for industrial and residential settings, emergency power supply, renewable energy integration and grid stabilization. BESS offers benefits including simple maintenance, high reliability and strong performance under high discharge rates. These systems also offer advantages such as mature technology, ease of recycling and high surge current capabilities, making them suitable for short-term energy storage and high-power applications. BESS solutions are a valuable and widely adopted choice in the energy storage landscape.
Stryten Energy also provides comprehensive, nationwide motive power services that ensure fleets operate at full capacity at all times. Trained stored energy experts provide planned maintenance, repair services, predictive service, installations, de-installation, recycling, application audits, power studies, training and inspections.
Beyond the booth, Stryten Energy’s Sarem Yousuf, Director of Essential Power Sales and Business Development, and Heron Plaza, Senior Director of IoT Development, will be presenting “Modern Energy Solutions for Warehouse Management” on Tuesday, March 18 at 2:15 p.m. in Theater H.
