Sylmar Acquires ETI, Expanding Its Chemical Blending Capabilities in Industrial Water Treatment

(ETI), a leading provider of custom chemical blending, technical support and related services for the industrial water treatment market. Founded in 1986 in Southeastern Pennsylvania, ETI has built a solid reputation over its 38 years in business, employing dedicated professionals specializing exclusively in water treatment for cooling, heating, process, wastewater, and potable water applications.
This strategic acquisition marks Sylmar’s first venture into the chemical blending space, aligning with the company’s commitment to customers through management of key supply chain risks across its operations. By integrating ETI into its portfolio, Sylmar aims to expand the scope of water treatment services and expertise offered to its customers, ensuring they receive reliable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
