Telecom Leader Centerline Marks Accelerated North American Growth Through Rebranding Initiative

The company’s new name and visual identity highlight its commitment to building a better network.

WEST BRIDGEWATER, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Centerline Communications, LLC, a leading critical infrastructure and network solutions provider, today unveiled a simplified company name and brand identity: Centerline. The new brand reflects the company’s rapid growth and the consolidation of several brands into one brand to leverage Centerline’s reputation for operational excellence.

A portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”), Centerline designs, builds, and maintains next-generation wireless, wireline networks, and critical infrastructure facilities. The team has decades of experience providing turnkey services to Fortune 500 clients, including AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Bell, Rogers, and American Tower. Over the past three years, Centerline’s workforce has grown from approximately 300 employees to over 1,500, reflecting organic and inorganic growth initiatives and the company’s efforts to stay ahead of increased demand.

“As we’ve grown and integrated six acquisitions since the fall of 2021, we saw the opportunity to streamline our brand architecture,” said Josh Delman, CEO of Centerline. “We anticipate this initiative will improve collaboration across our teams, simplify our company messaging, and deliver an even better client experience.”

As of today, the Notora LLC (“Notora”), Onsite Communication Services, Inc. (“Onsite”), J5 Infrastructure Partners (“J5”), Leaf Communications (“Leaf”), STC Netcom, and Waveguide Solutions LLC (“Waveguide”) brands will combine and operate under one Centerline brand, with a focus on wireless, wireline, and in-building services. Meanwhile, Battery Power Systems (“BPS”) will be rolled into the Maicom brand, focusing on ISP, network and data facilities, EV, and critical infrastructure.

In addition to its newly consolidated identities, Centerline’s go-forward family of brands will include P. Marshall & Associates, LLC (“PM&A”); Maicom LLC (“Maicom”); Penta Communications (“Penta”); Pearson Pelletier Telecom (“PPT”); Maiuri Electrical Corporation (“Maiuri Electric”); and Skyline Engineering (“Skyline”).
