TortoiseEcofin Announces Constituent Change Due to Merger and Acquisition Activity

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TortoiseEcofin today announced that GreenSky, Inc (NASDAQ: GSKY) will be removed from the Ecofin Global Digital Payments Infrastructure Index^SM (TPMT) as a result of the approved merger with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc (NASDAQ: GS). Due to the merger, GSKY will be removed from the index at market open on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
