Total PowerGen Solutions Welcomes Chris Hillman as New CEO
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Total PowerGen Solutions (“TPGS”) announced today the appointment of Chris Hillman as Chief Executive Officer as part of a planned succession of Andy Rudderham, CEO of TPGS for nearly 26 years.
Hillman is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience developing, transforming, and leading both mid-market and global product and services businesses across the industrial, medical, consumer, technology, and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining TPGS, Hillman served as Chief Operating Officer at Marsden Services from 2023 to 2025, one of the largest privately held building services providers in the United States. In this role, he led a team of over 10,000 associates across 48 states, delivering integrated facility solutions including janitorial, security, HVAC, and mechanical services to more than 5,000 customers. During his tenure, Hillman played a key role in driving Marsden’s top-line growth, executing seven strategic acquisitions and developing a comprehensive integration playbook that strengthened operational efficiency and scalability across the organization. He holds a B.A. in Business from DePaul University and an A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from Joliet Junior College.
