TotalEnergies announce dividend of €3.01/share for fiscal year 2023
London, 07 February 2024, (Oilandgaspress): –The Board of Directors met on February 6, 2024, and decided to propose at the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 24, 2024, the distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2023 of 3.01 €/share, a 7.1% increase compared to the ordinary dividend for fiscal year 2022 of 2.81 €/share.
Consequently, taking into account the three interim dividends of 0.74 €/share previously decided by the Board of Directors, the final dividend for fiscal year 2023 will be 0.79 €/share.
Subject to approval at the Shareholders’ Meeting, the final dividend will be detached and paid in cash, according to the following timetable:
