TotalEnergies announce third interim dividend of €0.79/share for fiscal year 2024

London, October 31, 2024, (Oilandgaspress) ––– The Board of Directors meeting on October 30, 2024 under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, decided the distribution of the third 2024 interim dividend of 0.79 €/share, an increase of 6.8% compared to the three interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2023 and identical to the first and second 2024 interims. This increase is in line with the shareholder return policy confirmed by the Board of Directors in February 2024 and reiterated at the Annual General Meeting of May 24, 2024

This interim dividend will be paid in cash exclusively, according to the following timetable:
