TotalEnergies confirms interim dividend of €0.85/share for fiscal year 2025
The Board of Directors, meeting on October 29, 2025 under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, decided the distribution of a third interim dividend of 0.85€/share for fiscal year 2025, an increase of 7.6% compared to the three interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2024 and identical to the final dividend for fiscal year 2024 and to the first and second interim dividends for fiscal year 2025. This increase is in line with the shareholder return policy for the year 2025 as announced by the Board of Directors in February 2025.
This interim dividend will be detached and paid exclusively in cash, according to the following timetable:
