TotalEnergies offers customers up to €100 savings on gas and electricity

London, 27 November 2023, (Oilandgaspress) – Anxious to support its customers in a context of still high energy prices and to encourage energy savings, TotalEnergies is renewing its Bonus Conso system for winter 2023-2024.

TotalEnergies will pay its customers participating in system 1 a credit of €20 for a reduction of 10% or more compared to last winter, €40 for 15% and more, and €50 for 20% and more, at both for electricity and for gas. This payment, which will take place from May 2024, could thus represent up to €100 which will be added to the financial savings made thanks to reductions in consumption.

For its customers who had reduced their electricity consumption by 10% or more last winter as part of their participation in the previous system, the Electricity Consumption Bonus this winter will be, taking into account their efforts already made, €20 for a reduction of 5% and more compared to last winter, €40 for 10% and more, and €50 for 15% and more.

In addition, TotalEnergies will launch on November 29 a new electricity offer, Eco+ Hours , which will encourage the reduction of its consumption during days of high tension on the electricity network. The Company is also renewing its #TousAuCourant system this winter which allows it to warn its private and professional customers who wish to do so by SMS or e-mail of the arrival of high tensions on the network and the need to limit electricity consumption. electricity between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. and between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., based on alerts from EcoWatt and EcoGaz.
