WFW strengthens energy and infrastructure offering with key finance partner hire
London, December 01, 2025, (Oilandgaspress) –– Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) announced that leading project finance expert David Miles has joined the firm as a partner, further advancing the ongoing expansion of its global energy and infrastructure offering. Based in London, David will also work closely with the firm’s Dubai office. He joins WFW from Linklaters, where he was previously a partner.
David brings extensive experience advising borrowers, sponsors, export credit agencies and procurers on complex cross-border financings across the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice covers project finance, leveraged finance, Islamic finance and general lending, with deep international reach across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
