Rig count Update

The number of drilling rigs operating in U.S. oil fields jumped by 10 this week as crude prices topped $80 a barrel. Canadian oil fields up by 1. No update released for International Rig count. The active rig count acts as a leading indicator of demand for products used in drilling, completing, producing and processing hydrocarbons.
