ArborWorks, LLC Appoints Christopher Miner as General Counsel

OAKHURST, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ArborWorks, LLC announced that Christopher Miner has joined the company as General Counsel, effective June 6th, 2022.

Frank Bardonaro, CEO of ArborWorks, said, “We are delighted that Chris will be leading our legal team and will bring the extensive experience we need to continue our strategic growth initiatives. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, as well as his ability to navigate complex contract matters in today’s environment, will be a key benefit to AW and our sophisticated customer base.”

Prior to joining AW, Miner directed the corporate legal team at WillScot Mobile Mini as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company. After receiving his JD from BYU Law School, Miner began his career as a corporate lawyer at Davis Polk in New York City. He was a partner at DLA Piper before joining Mobile Mini. Miner’s strategic expertise includes acquisitions, litigation, compliance, safety, real estate, and corporate operations.
