BYD launches Seagull- EV priced starts from $10,600
A sub-compact model built on BYD’s platform e 3.0 and equipped with blade-shaped batteries, compatible with fast charging, which enables the model to get up to 80 percent charged in 30 minutes.The range is quoted at up to 405 km with 80% charge.
The Seagull has a wheelbase of 2,500 mm and luggage space up to 930 liters. It features BYD’s DiLink system, a 10.1-inch rotatable display as well as voice command. China Passenger Car Association reports show sales in March totaled 133,000 units in the country, accounting for 29 percent of the total NEV sales in the month.
