Developed through a joint venture between Stellantis and MSX International, named Octago, this initiative brings together dedicated teams working side by side with workshops and distributors on a daily basis, supported by a unified data ecosystem, AI-powered tools, and continuous coaching.
Through this structured support, workshops gain access to:
targeted technical and business training,
operational coaching directly in the workshop,
advanced performance analytics and benchmarking tools,
data-driven insights to support better decision-making and customer management.
These capabilities enable independent workshops to meet the standards required to join Eurorepar Car Service network, extending high-quality aftermarket coverage for Stellantis customers across both retail and fleet segments.
